THIS MEANS INSURED PRIORITY MAIL WITHIN THE USA AND REGISTERED AIRMAIL EVERYWHERE ELSE!!!!!Hello,To some of you who have shopped on other sites my seller ID might sound familiar: chances are you would know me from when I used to sell on eBay (1122 perfect feedbacks over there. I also sold as bighairything there: 893 feedbacks with the one "negative" actually being a positive where the person clicked the wrong button by mistake. Go look both of them up over there if you want. Also audiophiles-are-boring was a somewhat recent one). I finally got tired of their b*llsh*t over there and the miserable way they treat their sellers and their customers.....and as GEMM comes highly recommended from alot of my old eBay customers and a few friends of mine who got tired of eBay's crap and migrated over here as well this seemed like a great place to wind up.For those of you who do not know me: I have always taken alot of pride in my service, that I sell proper factory made cd's almost exclusively (and if it's an extremely rare cd that is not factory pressed it'll be made VERY clear to all) and that my vinyl gradings are precise and accurate. I think you will find my speed of delivery and packing methods exemplaryFeel free to email me with any questions you might have, especially any sound related questions you might have. I will answer your questions very honestly - it will help me, however, if you give me some idea of what your personal criteria are regarding good vs bad sound quality (as everybody hears things differently) so my answers can be based on your personal preferences. Yeah, I know: you've heard sellers tell you this before and they told you a piece of aural garbage sounded like a pristine flawless bit of audiophile perfection and you felt royally screwed afterwards. I'm not like that. If something is a 3 on a scale of 1 through 10, that's what you'll be hearing back from me. I'd rather you ask and I tell you the truth about what it sounds like and have you pass on the item than lie to you and have you spend your money on it and you not trust me in the future (on the other hand: if you did not ask me before buying you can't really complain too loudly afterwards, so please ask before you buy: You've got to at least give me the opportunity to answer a sound related question for you and see for yourself if I give you an honest answer or not. It's not in my best interest to lie to you: if I tell you that a piece of garbage sounds like a million bucks you will never buy from me again and I've lost a possible life long customer. I'd rather have the life long customer. But you DO have to make the small effort and email me and ask first.......). A good 80% of my customers on ebay were repeat customers. I'd like to build up that kind of repeat clientele here as well.Check in every now and again to see what I have up for for grabs as I will be listing new items whenever I have some new items to list. I do NOT have a seperate "for sale list" beyond what is listed here on Gemm: what I do is I every few weeks (or so) go through my collection and ask myself "Do I foresee myself listening to this again at any time in the relatively near future?". If the answer is "no" or "I'm not sure" then it immediately goes into my sell-it-on-Gemm pile. It all depends on my mood whenever I am going through my collection. So there is no real point in emailing me to ask if I have anything else for sale on cd or LP. If I do, then it get's listed here eventually and what's not listed here is not for sale until the time comes when I might decide I no longer have a burning need to keep something in my collection (or I realize I bought 2 of the same item by mistake!). |
